Obituary for Stanley C. Halikias

Stanley C.  Halikias
CLIFTON PARK Stanley C. Halikias, 61, of Pine Ridge II died suddenly Sunday October 15, 2017 at his home. Born in Albany he was the son of Marian L. Tanner Booth of Waterford and the late Elmer J. Halikias Sr. He was educated in Cohoes schools.

Stanley had been employed for a number of years as a waiter at Krause’s Restaurant and the Century House. He was a NY Jets fan and enjoyed boating and fishing and watching tennis.

Survivors include his children, Chad S. Halikias, Richard A. Halikias and Zoe A. Halikias all of Waterford as well as his siblings, Elmer Halikias Jr. of Phoenix, Robert and William Halikias of Cohoes, his right hand man Russell Halikias of Cohoes, Donald Halikias of Los Angeles, Glenda Seeburger of Phoenix, Josephine Campney of Florida, Anne Batchelder of Cohoes, Debbie Halikias of Guilderland, Mary Stevens of Calhoun, Georgia and Kathleen Halikias of Waterford. He is predeceased by his brothers Richard and Jackie Halikias. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be Friday morning at 11 am at Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad St. (Rte.32), Waterford. Interment will be in Waterford Rural Cemetery.

Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday from 5-8 PM.
