The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of David Kelly can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Dave was a friend, mentor, and special person. He was my role model as a professional and he guided me through many years in my career at WPAFB. He always had a smile and encouraging word for all his employees and friends. I will always remember him for all he was. I am sorry we will not be able to attend his service since we are on travel for the next month but Kathy and I want to send our thoughts and prayers to Gloria, Mike and family. He will truly be missed by all who knew him!
