COTE, CLAIRE MARIE - At the Belleville General Hospital on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at the age of 93. Claire Cote of Belleville was the daughter of the late Alphonse & Marie Ange Pouliot (nee Prevost) and wife of the late Arthur Cote. Claire was the loving mother of Claude (Karen) of Belleville, Jocelyne of Belleville, John (Margaret) of Corbyville and Jeanne-D’arc Brough (Bradley) of Crystal Beach. She will be fondly remembered by her 15 grandchildren and her 23 great-grandchildren. Claire is predeceased by all of her brothers and sisters, Therese, Gerard, Marguerite, Gemma Montminy, Andre, Rosaire, Rosario and Cecile.
Memorial Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Rev. Father Charles McDermott from St. Joseph’s Church, 399 Victoria Avenue, Belleville on Saturday, October 21st, 2017 at 11 a.m. Rite of Committal at St. James’ Cemetery at later date. If desired, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family or flowers for the family can be delivered to the Belleville Funeral Home & Chapel, 68 North Front Street, Belleville (613-968-5080).
