Condolence: A very special lady to me growing up. Spent a lot of time at the Hunter residence as a young person and Veda always had the cookie jar filled and treated me as her own. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends, but we need to take comfort in knowing that she is resting peacefully now and forever. Much love to the Hunter family during this sad time. Love, John

Condolence: We learned of Veda's passing yesterday. We've known her for a very long time. We met her as a parent, became great acquaintances, and had conversations with her as we had her grandchildren. We continued to see her as she worked at Steve's Country Market. We had wonderful conversations. She loved her family and will be sorely missed by many. We always enjoyed her laughter.

Condolence From: Ms. Davis
Condolence: My sincere condolences to the family. I too have lost several loved ones in death, and the pain is tremendous, even with the passage of time. I found words of encouragement from God's word the Bible. The Bible speaks of death being an enemy that God never intended mankind to experience. At Isaiah 25:8 God promises that in the future he will actually swallow up death forever. You can put all your trust in God's promises. You and your family are in my prayers.
