The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Laura Belcourt can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Pam Corkery
Condolence: So sorry to hear of Aunt Laura's passing. I really appreciated the two phone conversations I had with her in April and I know Vince treasured her drawing of the boat dock at Fort Qu'Appelle. My sincere condolences.

Condolence From: David Coneys and Deanna Palmier
Condolence: We have so many memories of Laura, her giggle .. her smile and tilt of her head .. saying “well...”! Her sewing skills and making of her red coat. Playing scrabble, having a play cupboard for her grandchildren in the kitchen, flowers, gardening, making borsch, enjoying tea but in Laura ‘s kitchen she only could pour the tea. Taking in and caring for the cat that scratched the door. Children would make sure to go to Laura’s house for Halloween .. best candy! Singing in the crystal bells, living the magic of Christmas! Dedicated to friends and family! We will miss you but we will remember your love and compassion to others. Rodger, Nadine, Mark and families we send our heart felt sympathy. Laura’s memories will always be part of our lives, as a nurse, as a friend, as a wife, as a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. We are thankful Laura was part of our lives.. our love and support from our home to yours. David and Deanna and families.
