Bette Lou Bracy, 92, of Battle Creek, passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at her home. She was born October 12, 1925 in Battle Creek, the daughter of Harry and Lela (Gault) Mast. Bette married the late Leland Bracy on June 7, 1958 in Battle Creek. She was an avid reader and loved crafts and needlework. Bette held many jobs and was always in the workforce providing for her family.
She is survived by her children, Ronald Bracy, Mike Goretzka, and Patti (Jack) Dillon; 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren; and a niece and nephew.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Leland; daughter, Michelle Nasers; brother, George Mast; and ex-husband, Fred Goretzka.
Visitation will be held Thursday, November 2, 2017 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Bachman Hebble Funeral Service. Burial will take place at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, MI. Memorial tributes may be made to Great Lakes Hospice or ASPCA of SW Michigan.
