Condolence: Dear Mary and the whole MacKenzie family,

My sincerest condolences, love, and support at this incredibly difficult time. My memories of Bill are of an unerringly kind and gentle soul, and I feel so blessed to have known him throughout my childhood. I regret being unable to attend the service today, but take heart in the fact that many of the countless people who cherished him deeply will be present to celebrate his life. A man with such a good heart betters the lives of everyone he meets.

Condolence: Bill, we'll miss you. Your pleasant manner and sense of humour always gave us a lift. We recall with fondness our days curling together at the Granite, you meeting us with a smile at the volunteer desk at the hospital and just chatting with us whenever we met on the street. Mary, our deepest condolences to you and your family.
