Condolence: Hattie had a sharp mind, a great laugh, a kind heart and loved her immediate and extended family. At birthday celebrations we saw the tenderness of GG with the young ones. To Aunt Hattie's numerous nieces and nephews we share your sadness. Aunt Hattie was the "glue" in our family as she kept each of us connected. Her phone calls to each of us gave us news on the family and in turn she was always interested in each of our immediate family members. She remembered birthdays, anniversaries and gave encouragement when we lost a loved one. Aunt Hattie was a remarkable women and Dave and I were blessed to call her our Auntie.
