It allows family and friends a place to re-visit, interact with each other, share and enhance this tribute for future generations. Obituary for Roy Komarnicki

Roy  Komarnicki
Roy passed away with Evelyn at his side November 3, 2017 at Concordia Place at the age of 82.
Roy will be remembered by his sons Terrance, Kelly, Randy, daughter Sherry and grandchildren, he has two brothers David from High Level Alberta and Heller from Grand Prairie Alberta. Also, remembering Roy will be his friend Evelyn Floren, her sons David, Grant and family. Thanks to friend Neil Carlson for his care and concerns.
He was predeceased by his wife Stella Komarnicki (nee Kinafchuk) in 2001. Stella was Roy’s best friend and welding partner.
Roy was born in Pine River Manitoba. At the age of 22 he left for Winnipeg to pursue his career, working at different jobs until he started his own business, Komar Welding in Lockport MB. Designing and welding was Roy’s passion.
A huge thanks to the staff at Concordia Place for the care they provided to Roy.
In keeping with Roy’s wishes, a service will not be held. Cremation has taken place and a private interment will take place alongside his wife Stella.
