The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. My deepest and most sincere condolences are to you and the family. Mr. Monk will be missed. I will never forget how he use to greet me with a smile every morning here at Raytheon. No matter where I saw him he always had a smile and a hug.
