West Springfield - Francisca Rivera - Claudio, 86, departed this life on Tuesday, November 8th, 2017 at Baystate Medical Center. Francisca was born in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico on June 9th, 1931 to her parents Jose Rivera and Tomasa Claudio. Francisca was predeceased by Jose Rivera - Father, Tomasa Claudio - Mother. Francisca was loved by her family. she leaves to cherish her memories, 5 Sons; Pablo, Benjamin, Ivan, Ramon, and Hector Lopez, 3 Daughters; Luz, Nilsa and Arlene Lopez, 26 Grand Children and many Great Grand Children., family and friends. Calling hours will be on Saturday, November 11th, 2017 from 5:30 pm 9:00 pm at Puerta Del Cielo® Funeral Home 730 State Street Springfield, MA 01109 followed by a private burial.
