Life Story for Paul Star
Paul Star was born on November 15, 1941 in Thunderchild First Nation to Johnson and Philomine Star.
Paul enjoyed school until he left to go work in Rocky Mountain House when he was 15 yrs old. He owned his own logging business, taxi business, ran his own farm and worked on many other farms to support his family. He loved his children and his wife Rema during their 34 and a half years together.
Paul was predeceased by his parents Johnson and Philomine Star, his sister Lily Favel, his son Mark Okanee, his niece Carol McDonald and his granddaughters Gracie Lewis and Verna Jo Thunderchild.
Paul was survived by his brother Douglas (Eliza)Star; his sons Jedd Sangrey, Lorne Star, Darrin Bird and Max Lewis; his daughters Leona Star, Rosaleen Morin and Genevieve Horse. He had 19 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
