Obituary for Yvette Rotonda Cabiness (Moore)

Yvette R. Cabiness was born July 19, 1954 in Columbus, OH to the late Theodore Moore and Beatrice Nixon.
Yvette graduated from Gahanna Lincoln High in 1972. Yvette moved from Blacklick, OH to Newark, Ohio in 1974, where she met and was united in holy matrimony to Rubin Cabiness Sr on November 4, 1975. In this union they were blessed with 4 beautiful children. Yvette was employed at United Health Care, she was employed for over 30 years in the health care industry.
Yvette was a faithful member of New Birth Christian Ministries. She was passionate about serving the Lord and spending time with her children and grandchildren, which inspired her to start Pathways to Destiny, an Ohio non profit organization that helps and empowers at risk teens and young adults.
She is predeceased by parents Theodore Moore and Beatrice Nixon, daughter Cherise Nicole Cabiness and son Deyland Cabiness.
She leaves to cherish her memory children Rubin Cabiness Jr., Sarita (Anthony) Penn and Brian Cabiness grandchildren Rubin Cabiness III, Dacian Cabiness, Rynya Carey, Brian Cabiness Jr., Levino Cabiness, Tiajah Cabiness, Eryadni Cabiness, Kaleb Salami, Spencer Cabiness, Shailyn Cabiness and Aaliyah Penn, sisters Stella Murdock and Patricia Walker and special friend Letheria Scott- Harrison and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
