I worked with Billy for many years when he was a council member and Mayor Pro-Tem. He was actively involved with getting Watkinsville's Sewer System established. We were friends at Watkinsville First United Methodist Church. Billy will be missed by his family and many friends Our prayers are with Juanita and his family.
