Sharon Irene Lynk-age 72 of Port Huron, formerly of Lake, passed away on Wednesday, November 15th, 2017 in Port Huron. Sharon was born on June 17, 1945, in Bradenton, Florida to parents Atheline and Georgia Elizabeth (Kelly) Matchett. After High School Sharon studied and received her nursing degree and chose nursing as a career. She was a "people person" and loved visiting with people. She loved reading books, playing Bingo, and playing computer games. She is survived by her son Raymond Matchett and wife Marcie of Port Huron, daughters; Dawn Lynk of Lake, and Etta Carnes of TX., five grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Billy in June, 1995, four brothers and one sister. A funeral is planned for Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 2PM at the Campbell-Stocking Funeral Home in Farwell. Friends and family may visit from 11AM until the time of service at 2PM.
