The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Jeffrey Parker can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: I was saddened to read in today's paper of Jeff's passing. Jeff was my neighbor over 40 years ago in a mobile home park. He was a wonderful neighbor and always had a smile. I know he will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure to know him.

Condolence: Jeff was one of the kindest people I have ever had the honor and pleasure of knowing; easygoing even when he pretended to grumble, accepting and giving and happy to offer whatever he could, quietly and unassumingly in the background but always - ALWAYS - at the ready to help. He was a good soul, through and through, and I am endlessly grateful for his solid, constant presence throughout my friendship with his beautiful wife. He did nothing but nurture and support our relationship regardless of how it might have impacted his own routine. My heart hurts with his passing. I will be talking to him in the coming days to let him know the part he played in some of my greatest memories of the last 15 years. Godspeed, Mr. Parker.
