Passed away peacefully on November 25, 2017 at home in Markham, Ontario. Beloved wife of Tommy and loving mother of Casandra. Connie will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her relatives and friends.
Friends may pay final respect to Connie on Sunday December 3, 2017 at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home (4 traffic lights north of Highway 7, on the east side of Markham. Memorial Visitation will be from 11 am to 1 pm to be followed by cremation at Highland Hills Crematorium, 12492 Woodbine Avenue in Gormley, Ontario.
