Angela Renee Onions, 49, of Spring Hill, KS passed away Nov. 24, 2017 at Univ. of Nebraska Medical Center. Visitation 6:00 to 8:00 pm Fri., Dec. 1, 2017 at Bruce Funeral Home, Spring Hill, KS (913) 592-2244. Funeral service 10:00 am Sat., Dec. 2, 2017 at First Baptist Church, 207 E. Wea, Paola, KS 66071. Burial follows at Spring Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church, Agape Fund. Condolences may be left at www.brucefuneralhome.com

Angela was born March 26, 1968 in Kansas City, MO to Don and Belle (Munkirs) Gifford. She married John Onions on Aug. 26, 1989 in Shawnee, KS. Angela was a Centralized Services Supervisor in the Claims Dept. for Federated Insurance Co. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Paola, KS. Angela was known for her devotion to God and her job. She loved swimming and working with youth. She will be dearly missed by family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Stephanie Pinneo. Angela is survived by her husband, John, of the home; her parents, Don and Belle Gifford, Paola, KS; children: Dallas and Kylie Onions, Olathe, KS, Casey Onions and Justice Onions, both of Spring Hill, KS and brother, Robert and Marie Gifford, LaCygne, KS.
