Joel C. Adams, 61 of West Hartford passed away peacefully Wednesday November 29th 2017. Joel is survived by his children Kyle and his wife Megan, Travis, Sarah and her fiancé Collin their daughters Layla and Lacey, as well as Joel’s brothers Mark and Andrew. Joel’s levity and humor brightened every situation. His deep and sincere love of his children was always evident. He will be eternally missed. Calling hours will be held Friday December 8th from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Sheehan-Hilborn-Breen funeral home 1084 New Britain Avenue West Hartford.
