Walter W Buff (02/07/1945 -12/02/2017 ) has left his earthly home to enter into his heavenly home with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was met with glorious shouts by his parents Lester R and Sadie W Buff, his son Randall Allen Buff, his sisters Nellie Williams, Evelyn Bailey and Madge Church, and his brothers William Buff, and James Buff.
Walter was a master detailed furniture repairer, and retired from Century Casegoods after 20+ years of service.
Left here to carry on his legacy of laughter and love are his wife Linda Holman Buff of 55 years, his daughter, Lisa A Frye her husband Bruce Edwin Frye Sr. of Connelly Springs, NC his daughter Wendy Dawn Buff with Gary Main of Hudson, NC , his daughter-in-law Tina Buff of Hampton, FL, his grandchildren Mandy Pope with Zane Rogers, Jordan Frye with Shayla Silver, Glen Buff and his wife Sheena, his great-grandchildren Colton Tawith and Hailey Buff. As well as Sister Joslene Bailey and her husband and dear friend Johnny Bailey and Sister Sonja Ward as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was a dedicated member New Covenant Church of God 1282 Henry River Road Hickory, NC.
There will be a Going Home Service on Wednesday, December 6th at New Covenant Church of God at 7:00 pm. Receiving of family and friends will be from 5:30-7:00pm st the church. Officiating the service, Bishop Dennis Pitts.
