Betty Lou Ledbetter, age 71, of Battle Creek, died Friday December 1, 2017 at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital. Betty was born August 2, 1946 in Battle Creek to Harold and Alma (Gillons) Osborne and lived in Battle Creek all her life. Betty was a graduate of Battle Creek Central High School and had been employed as a press operator at Battle Creek Stamping Co. Betty enjoyed shopping at the Dollar Store, visiting the casino and camping. Betty’s favorite things was spending time with her family and especially doing crafts with her grandchildren. Betty is survived by a daughter, Darcie Back of Battle Creek, a son; Richard Osborne of Battle Creek, a sister; Marjorie Goins of Battle Creek, brothers; James Osborne and William (Linda) Osborne, both of Battle Creek. Grandchildren, Allen , Ryan and Justin Back, Renae Lambert, and Reann Weeks, greatgrandchildren, Hailey, Grayson, Brenden, Mason, Maria, Justin Jr. and Brody Back. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Kimberly Osborne and a brother, Clarence Osborne.
