Obituary for Alberta Taplin
Alberta Taplin was born December 14, 1952, to Leroy and Coellar Patterson Taplin in Burton, Texas. She graduated from High School in Burton. She was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church in Whitehall. She was a Homemaker,
Survivors are: her husband, C.D. Brown of Temple, Texas; sons, Jimmy Ray Johnson of Belton, and Tyrone Johnson and Jonathan Johnson both of Temple; brothers, Ira Lee Taplin, Sammy Taplin, Sylvester Taplin, John L. Taplin, and Tommy Taplin all of Temple, Albert Taplin of Beaumont, and Anthony Taplin of Belton; sisters, Johnnie Mae Campbell and Annie Mae Armstrong both of Temple; 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
