Nancy

Nancy loved oil painting and charcoal drawing in her younger years. She was very talented in art and painted many nice paintings. She loved music her entire life. In the earlier years, the radio or tape player were never out of arm’s reach and

music played more often than the television.

Nancy was a life long animal lover and had many pets over the years.  She loved feedings the wild birds and they came daily to her house for a dinner of white bread.  Mom always worried about everyone being fed-people and animals alike.  She cooked many down to earth meals that we always loved.  She was an avid backyard gardener.  Every spring the tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers went into the ground.  Roses grew by the house front that consistently bloomed into November each year.  She enjoyed all of their splendor.

Nancy supported sheltered animals, The Indian Nation, the American Veterans and many others over the years.

She enjoyed her life and did what she wanted to do.  Some of the things were not always good for her, but we all should be that bold.
