Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Stephen Downes can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Jeff and Cari Weston

Cari and I are so sad to hear of your loss. Like so many others Stephen played a pivotal role in changing our lives for the better with his enthisuasm, counsel and personalized weight training. He cared for the well being of others perhaps more than anyone we have ever met. He inspired with his vision to help as many people as possible to realize their vision of phyical and mental well being. In short, Stephen was both a mentor and friend. His passing is a loss to all who had contact with him. The world was a better place with him in it. He has inspired others to carry on his work. In that he lives on. We miss him.
