Like so many others Stephen played a pivotal role in changing our lives for the better with his enthisuasm, counsel and personalized weight training. He cared for the well being of others perhaps more than anyone we have ever met. He inspired with his vision to help as many people as possible to realize their vision of phyical and mental well being. In short, Stephen was both a mentor and friend.
