HOUSE, William “Billy” - It is with great sadness that the family of William “Billy” House announces his sudden passing at the Hamilton General Hospital on September 12, 2009 in his 60th year. Beloved husband of Donna for 35 years. Loving father of Aaron House (Katie) and Adam House (Sabine Drabble). Dear brother-in-law of Jerry Letourneau and Joe and Pam Beyger. Sadly missed by his nieces Gerri Lyn Davis (Darren), Carrie Ann Keenan, Lauren and Lindsay Beyger and great-nephews Indiana Davis and Matthew Keenan. Predeceased by his parents William and Jean House and sister Mary-Ann Letourneau (2008). Mr. House was an employee of General Motors for 25 years. He founded minor lacrosse in Welland, was a co-owner of the Welland Jr. B Vesuvius Warlords and was an avid Montreal Canadiens fan. Billy will be fondly remembered for his enjoyment of life and his love of family and friends. The family will receive friends at the H.L. CUDNEY FUNERAL HOME, 241 West Main Street, Welland on Tuesday from 7-9 and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. A funeral mass, celebrated by Fr. Jim Mulligan c.s.c, will be held at the Parish Community of St. Kevin on Thursday, September 17th at 11:00 am. Rite of Committal to follow at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens.
