David Green Bratton aka “Butt Butt” was born May 15, 1978 in Sumter, SC to Mary Ann Bratton and Holly Ford.
He was educated in the public schools of Sumter, SC. He loved his family and enjoyed living life to the fullest. His mother raised him in the church as a strong believer in Jesus the Christ.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, James Bratton and Deangelo Bratton; grandmother, Pauline McDowell.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Mary Ann Bratton; father, Holly Ford; three sons, Ni Zavian Bratton, Dakeem Bratton and Sharmaine Bratton; daughter, Ta’Niqua Nero; three step-children, Marcus Battle, Gregory Tindal and Ronesha Battle; special friend, Gloria Tindal; four sisters, Tammy Jennings (Bennie), Yvonne Billie (Kenneth), Victoria Smith and Brittany Ford; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family is receiving friends at 650 Flamingo Road Sumter, SC.
