Obituary for Carol Tringali (Anderson)
Carol A. Tringali of Hershey, PA died on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. She was 64.
As the Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist at the Hershey Medical Center, Carol brought a passion and intelligence to her work that inspired her colleagues and encouraged her students. She carried those same values into her family and spiritual lives. Carol joyfully traveled with and cooked for her three children and husband, hosted parties and events, and enjoyed playing board games. She loved serving her church as a Eucharistic Minister and leader of the Bereavement Ministry at the Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Middletown, PA.
Carol was born on June 30, 1953 in Scottsville, NY to her father, the late Donald J. Anderson, and her mother, Estelle (Charlebois) Anderson. She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Ronald Tringali; two sons, Stephen Tringali and his wife Maria, David Tringali and his fiancée Jennifer; daughter, Laura Tringali Sobieski and her husband Nicholas; three sisters, Donna Meredith, Patricia Mulcahy, and Mary Jo Powers.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 18, 2017, at 11:00 AM at Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Middletown with the Rev. Fr. Ted Keating as celebrant. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Sunday, December 17, 2017 and from 10:00 am to 10:45 am on Monday, December 18, 2017 at the Matinchek Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Middletown.
Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Harrisburg.
In memory of Carol Tringali, memorial contributions may be made out to, Penn State Cancer Institute Inpatient, and mailed to Office of University of Development, P.O. Box 852, Hershey PA 17033.
