Tom attended Augusta schools and was a 1982 graduate of Cony High School. For many years Tom was employed at F. O’Connor Company, the family scrap iron and metals company in Augusta. He is survived by his two brothers: John J. O’Connor, Jr., and wife Michelle of St. Michaels, MD, and Stephen J. O’Connor and wife Rachel of Vassalboro, ME; niece Carolyn O’Connor McNamara and husband Michael of Highland Mills, NY; nephews: David J. O’Connor and wife Jenna - together with their children Haley and Christian - of Augusta, ME and Robert J. O’Connor of Vassalboro, ME. Tom was the youngest of a score of O’Connor and Devine family cousins branching out over many decades from Augusta.
