Pauline (DiDomenico) Giliberto, 92, of West Hartford, beloved wife of the late Paul Giliberto, died Tuesday, December 19, 2017. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Concetta (Bordonaro) DiDomenico. She was a graduate of Bulkeley High School and prior to her retirement, was employed by G. Fox & Co., and Aetna. She was a communicant of St. Mark the Evangelist Church. Pauline is survived by her two sons, Michael Giliberto and his fiancé, Susan Lynch Galeota and Joseph Giliberto and his wife Donna Lussier Giliberto all of West Hartford. She also leaves behind her grandchildren; Jonathan and Katie Giliberto, Jeffrey and Nikki Giliberto, Paul and Lindsey Giliberto, Jason Giliberto and his fiancé Lacey Vigmostad, Danny and Lauren Giliberto and Caroline and Kelly Galeota; her great grandchildren, Everly, Hailey, Annalisa, Madison and Presley Giliberto. Pauline was predeceased by a sister, Rosalie (DiDomenico) Failla. She also leaves behind many much loved nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank all the staff for the wonderful care she received at Middlewoods of Farmington and the Jefferson House of Newington. Funeral procession will be Thursday (December 28), 9:15 am from Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 am at St. Mark the Evangelist Church, 467 South Quaker Lane, West Hartford. Burial will be in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield. Calling hours are Wednesday (December 27), from 5 to 7 pm at the funeral home.
