Condolence: Sincerest sympathies to Walt's family & all whose lives he touched. I met Walt last year during my 1st season at the Lewes Ferry gift shop. He taught me alot & we soon became fast friends. Oh & how he loved working the lottery machine! It makes me smile to think about it...RIP Walt & know I am a better person for having known you, even for a little while.

Condolence: Bless you my friend and colleague in the astronomy and planetarium world. Thank you for your service as an officer in the Middle Atlantic Planetarium Society and the the International Planetarium Society, and for your many years as a planetarian in the Fairfax County Public Schools. I will treasure our time together inspiring young minds and know that you are now learning some of the secrets of the Universe we so yearned to know.

Condolence: Walt was a colleague and friend from Rehoboth and the Cape May Lewes Ferry. Walt was ever the person who saw good in the day and was alive to life. Working with him at the DRBA for over 15 years I welcomed seeing him when he came in the Counting room and spending time with him in quick conversation or talking about other friends we had in common. Walt will be missed by many as well as myself. He did like to have a good time and I remember his 70th birthday party where he was the consummate host and instigator of fun for all. I will miss out weekly time catching up.
