Obituary for Helen Gulick

South Plainfield – Helen (Krajewski) Gulick, 97, passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at The Woodlands Care Center in Plainfield. Born in Jersey City to her late parents Joseph and Mary (Kobeski) Krajewski, Helen was raised in the Scranton, PA area, moved to Plainfield in the 1930’s and has been a resident of South Plainfield the past twenty-two years.

After numerous years with John Hancock, Helen retired as a claims adjuster. For over twenty years, she enjoyed volunteering at Muhlenberg Hospital and was a member and rosarian at Our Lady of Czestochowa RC Church.

Predeceased by her husband Henry Gulick and four siblings; Joseph, Vince, Henry and Al Krajewski, Helen leaves behind her son Edward of South Plainfield, several nieces and nephews including Joanne Esposito and Karen Manning and her husband Bob as well as her sister-in-law Irene Krajewski.

Visitation will take place in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 on Thursday, December 28, 2017 from 6-8pm and on Friday, December 29, 2017 beginning 9:30 am.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 29, 2017 at 10:00 am in the funeral home followed by burial beside her husband in the family plot of Forest Green Park Cemetery in Morganville.
