Lillian Ella Whitmore (Millar)
Peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Monday, December 25, 2017 at the age of 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Errol Whitmore and cherished mother of the late David Whitmore. Lillian (nee Millar)will be lovingly remembered by daughter-in-law, Sylvia (Pembroke) and nephew, Ron (Lynne) of Ottawa. Survived by sister-in-law Jean Reid and nieces, Tracey and Jodey of Peterborough and nephew, Joseph Legault of Arlington, Virginia. Predeceased by her sister Beulah (late Homer)Legault and brothers Herbert (late Gladys) Millar and Harold (late Cecilia) Millar. Also predeceased by her parents, Joseph Martin Millar and Ella Lorinda (Seigel) Millar. A Memorial Funeral Service will be held at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street on Friday afternoon, January 5 at 1 o’clock. Spring Interment Calvin United Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to The Kiwanis Club of Pembroke or Calvin United Church would be appreciated.
