Message to the Family: Tilly was my mother's, Dorothy Luquet, best friend in New Orleans. They traveled together and enjoyed each other's company so much. Our whole family spent many hours with Tilly and we all loved her. I can remember many fun stories of the two of them and they laughed so much together. One of the worst things about Katrina was splitting them up. I'd bet their together again in heaven!!!
