Condolences

Condolence From: Donna M Lochner
Condolence: My name is Donna Lochner. I have been trying to reach Phil for about two years now. I just found his obituary and was very deeply saddened.
I met him when I was 17 as a candy striper at St Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie while he was an orderly there, hoping to embark on his journey to Pratt Institute. He was 21.

As I've had losses, and was getting older, I realized that I wanted to reach out to him to tell him that he had an extraordinarily profound impact on my life. Phil was a very kind and decent young man who'd befriended me. He was vibrant, curious and excited about life. He introduced me to a range of philosophies and ancient religions that were sparks that literally changed my life. I will forever be grateful to him. Phil loved and respected his Mama.I'm happy to know that he married happily and had a son. Phil so deserved love and connection. My deepest sympathies to Cici, Gloria, Jordan and all who loved Phil.

Condolence: This news was a big shock, I had no idea Phil wasn't well. What a kind, upbeat man. When he first joined the Environmental Standards Council, I was surprised at how friendly Phil was to me since we barely knew each other. I soon realized that that's just the way he was - open and warm and genuinely interested in everyone. My heartfelt condolences.

Condolence From: Alberto Salvatore AIA, NCARB, EDAC
Condolence: My heartfelt condolences to Philips family and friends. I went to Pratt with Phil, he is an honest, caring soul, always thinking of others before himself. We recently reconnected though our work on the Environmental Standards Council for the Center for Health Design. It was not surprising to me that he chose to design healthcare facilities working to create environments that support patients and families in their greatest time of need. He will be missed.
Salute!

Condolence: So sad to hear of Phil's passing. For the last 10 years Phil was a valued member of the Environmental Standards Council of the Center for Health Design, a committee of and organization which has dedicated itself to improving health care outcomes through evidence-based environmental design. Along with his family and friends we will miss him as will, I am sure, his colleagues at Lothrop Associates.

Condolence: Prayers for Phil and his family. As a classmate of Phil at OLL, he was a good guy. Liked talking to him at lunch. After high school, we had a class at DCC. I remember seeing Phil,at the last game at the old Yankee Stadium. He had a box seat near the Yankee dugout while I sat above behind the press box. Maybe Rest In Peace.
