1976-2017
Alan R. Ryan of Glenolden, Pa. died Friday, December 29, 2017 at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia Pa.
Alan tragically lost his battle with the epidemic of drug addiction.
Alan was a painter, by trade, specializing in restoring Catholic churches thought the area, an occupation that he loved dearly.
Alan was an avid sports fan and also enjoyed sketching, horror movies and listening to Metalica and The Misfits.
Alan was a member of Narcotics Anonymous.
Predeceased by his mother Melodie Ryan and his paternal grandmother Marion Macauley.
Survived by:
His father Alan Macauley
Two sisters: Jessica Macauley and Kristine Rosemann.
Three brothers: Terrence Ryan ( wife Kammy), Michael Ryan and Marco Pocoroba.
Maternal grandmother: Lynn Ryan
Paternal grandfather: Alan E. Macauley
Aunts: Renee and Joy Ryan. Robin Lindemuth.( husband Don)
Uncles: Daniel and Lindsay Ryan.
Girlfriend: Sarah Olszewsky.
Three nieces and four nephews.
Funeral Mass Friday at 11:00 am at Sacred Heart Church, 316 E. Broadway Ave, Clifton Heights
Friends may call Friday from 9-10:45am at Sacred Heart Church
Burial will be Friday in Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
