Charles Ronald Cowan, Sr., 84 of Eddystone, PA, died Tuesday January 2, 2018 in the Crozer Chester Medical Center, Upland, PA.

Born in Upland, PA., he was the son of the late Louis and the late Margaret (Davis) Cowan.
Ron was a veteran of the US Air Force during the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion, VFW and a life member of the Upland Fire Company.
He was a retired Pipe Fitter, employed by Congoleum in Marcus Hook.

Predeceased by his wife Sandra and daughter Susan DiMatteo, 6 brothers and 5 sisters.
Survived by his wife: Jacqueline (Phillips) Cowan
Son: Chuck (Connie) Cowan
Brother: Conrad (Tracey) Cowan
Sister: Dolores (James) Richardson
Grandchildren: Michael, Matthew, Mary Kate and Marty.
Memorial Service Wednesday January 10,2018 10am at Kevin M. Lyons Funeral Service 202 S. Chester Pk Glenolden, PA where friends may call after 9am.
