The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Jean Burton can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Dear Jim, Renee, Stephanie and Madison. Our very sincere condolences on your loss. It is never easy to lose a loved one, esp a parent. It doesn't seem to matter how old they are or how old you are, it leaves a tremendous void in your life and you will always miss her. It is nice though to think of her and Ernie together again. They will both live on in your hearts and your memories. May they sustain you through all the tough times. Lotsa Love, G 'n G.

Condolence: Jean was an important part of our family life in Muskoka. From taking walks down the island toad to her place, to spending Christmas morning together in Bobcaygeon, Jean has given us many amazing memories. We are so appreciative of everything uncle Don and the whole family has done for us over the years. Basically adopting us 3 as their own children and being the most caring/giving people, full of unconditional love. We are so sorry for your loss, Jean will be missed.

Condolence: Don and Kim, and the Burton/Wood Family,

Our sincerest regrets on the passing of your Mom, Aunt, Sister, Grandmother and Friend.

I have many fond memories of Jean and Ernie at the cottage when I was growing up. As the Row family grew, we were welcomed into Jean & Ernies Family circle and were always made to feel at home.
We are so fortunate to have these memories.

Jean was a dignified, caring and proud mom.

Thank-you to Jean (and Ernie) for the love and memories that you have given us and our children.

Sincerely,
Greg and Sam Row

Condolence: Dear Jim,Renee,Stephanie and Madison.

Our hearts go out to you for the loss of Jean. So many fond memories of times at the cottage, tea in the screened in porch and skiing off the dock. We appreciated how Jean was always interested in knowing about our family, the children as they were growing up and what we were up to. Ernie will have met her with a twinkle in his eye ready to receive his to do list. You have our love and support at this difficult time.
Our sincere Condolences to Don and Kim.

Condolence: To Jim and family:
Sorry to hear of your mom's passing. She lives a great long life and so enjoyed her home in Bala on the lake. I remember our visits at the Dr's office wheee she'd catch me up on the news out on the Island. She always looked so well kept. She and Ernie will be dancing.
