Condolence From: Christopher Larkin
Condolence: I was so sad to hear of Fran's passing. When I was Postmaster in Seaside Park [late 80's early 90's], she was the best clerk/team player I could have ever wanted as she always wanted to help where ever and when ever possible. She was a true asset to the Postal Service and Seaside Park. May she rest in peace.
Christopher P. Larkin, Retired Seaside Park Postmaster

Condolence: To the Dolci Family --I am so very sorry for your loss, and what a big loss this is,for all of us! Frannie was one of a kind, they just don't make them like her any more. She was one of my favorite people ever..she was always true and genuine.. and She called a spade a spade! I am so blessed to have had her in my life too. She was my very first nail client in 1986 and remained faithful all these years. She was not only a client but my friend too. I will cherish the hours of laughter and valuable lessons your mom has left me with as well. She loved her SONS and family more than anything else in her life. You all were her world and From the bottom of my heart i just want to thank you! To often families drift apart due to distance and just life in general. But the happiness and love Frannie lived with daily was because of all of you! Heaven just gained a super special angel.. love Kelly Bruno
