Condolence From: Lon Carrier
Condolence: In 1990 I had the great opportunity to work with Paul as his assistant storekeep in OF Lodge. He was always a treat, and more, an inspiration. I was but a mere 19 at that time yet here was this amazing man that taught me life continues and can continue through maturity and that complacency need not be accepted. I thought it was cool that an "older" guy having come from a career in IBM can come to Yellowstone, and like me, a kid, can see the world with the same eyes as mine. That perspective has served me well all these years later. I wish I had kept better contact. Discovered Paul (and Rose) in Mt some years ago but when I happened through there they were already gone. Would have been good to see him again but I have the memories and more, like I said, a perspective that has kept change on the daily "menu" and dust from settling on it.

Condolence From: Debbie Botko
Condolence: Rose, Tammy, Greg,
I’m reminded of the summers Paul and I worked so closely getting the campgrounds’ automation up, running and up again. He was so involved and committed as we tried to get things right.
RIP.
