Irena Anna Stebbins, formerly of the Farmersville, Arcade and Yorkshire area died Sunday January 7, 2018 in Absolut at Salamanca, Salamanca, New York at the age of 103.

She was born January 20, 1914 in New Hudson, New York the second of ten children born to James and Mary (nee Bullard) DeZalia/Deseiller. She attended Schroon Lake High School and was the first of her family to graduate high school. She worked many years at and retired from Motorola in Arcade.

In 1934 she married Glenn L. Stebbins, Jr., he passed away November 20, 1980.

She is survived by a son Donald Stebbins, Sr. of Temple, TX; three grandchildren - Donald, Jr., Kenneth and Kathy; a brother - Norman and two sisters - Dorothy and Frances; seven great-grandchildren, 19 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son - John Stebbins and siblings - Edward, Bernard, Clarence, James Jr., Horace, Donald and Evelyn.

There are no calling hours. Graveside services in North Hudson Catholic Cemetery, North Hudson, New York will be held in Spring 2018.
