Yolanda Michelle Hook, age 48 of Bridgeport passed away on Monday January 8, 2018 in Waterbury Hospital. Born in Brooklyn, New York on December 26, 1969, she was the daughter of Leon and Rosella Brown Hook. In abiding with her wishes, all services were private with private burial in Mt. Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport.
