Edith June Gilleo, 90 yrs, a 45 yr resident of Cold Spring, formerly of Peekskill, died January 12, 2018. She was born in Peekskill on November 8, 1927, to Chester C. and Edith L. Oswald Rich. In June of 1946, June married Walter Gilleo in Peekskill. She was a homemaker. June is survived by her son, Walter (Shirley) Gilleo, Jr., two daughters; Karen (Andrew) Carvalho and Robin (Ricky) Gallagher, six grandchildren: Robert, Tina and Michael Gilleo , Christian Carvalho, Stacy Chiarella and Joseph D. Chiarella 4th, eight great grandchildren and her dog, Miss Nickie. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter on Nov. 24, 1987, and her brother, Robert O. Rich. A Graveside Service will be held at 12 Noon on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at Hillside Cemetery; 1033 Oregon Road; Cortlandt manor, NY.
