Condolence From: Mike Roderick
Condolence: Eric, Lyndsey and Laurie,

I am so sad to hear about Brad’s passing. I grew up with Brad in Midvale, Utah. we were great friends from middle school all throughout college. I have tons of fun memories with Brad. We got into our fair share of trouble as kids but always had a ball. Lots of parties , golf and poker at my house every Monday night. When I moved to PHX ,from 1988-1991, Brad was the first person I called. He was my go to golf buddy and sold me our PHX Home.

One fun memory I had about Brad was the championship football game we played in 9th grade. It was a total mud bowl . Snow rain and mud everywhere. We were all totally drenched in mud from head to tow. We started to kill the other team and Brad was finally able to get in the game as our back up QB. He entered the game as the only person on the field that had a clean bright white uniform. We as a team all simultaneously tackled him and rolled him in the mud so that he could participate in the funnest mud bowl of all time. It was so much fun and a great end to our many years of Little league CHAMPION OF THE WORLD.

Brad was definitely an original thinker and was always willing to try new things . he turned me on to many new experiences , new foods, new wines, new cool music, fun concerts, and other fun stuff . I was married in college , but Brad always invited me to several of his Fratenity parties , where I met many of his frat brothers as well as his lovely wife Laurie. Fun times!!

Please know that Brad is very well loved and respected by all of his DAWGS as well as the Midvale community. Our Hearts are broken. May peace be with you, until we meet again my friend.

With love and peace your way,

Sincerely,

MIke Roderick

Condolence: Brad was an awesome friend to my family during his teen years. He visited my dad, Jimmy Kemp, who was housebound in a wheelchair with MS, all the time! It shows his character... that he would visit my dad and cheer him up! We had so much fun just hanging out! I am so sorry that Brad is gone. Me, my mom, and my sisters love him very much... and my dad also loved him. Such a handsome person with so much light. I smile when I look at the photos of him. We will always remember Brad with very fond thoughts.
