Dear Mrs. Pass and Joyce, We were lucky to have Barbara as a next door neighbor for many, many years when we lived in Albuquerque. She was the best neighbor we have EVER had and took care of our house and cats for us while we were on vacation. We took care of her place and cats while she did her duty at the National Guard and took trips back home to Oklahoma to spend time with you both during the holidays. She was a great person and we spent many hours talking garden, houseplants, work, home improvements and sharing cookies over our back yard fences. While we haven't seen her in years since retirement, we shared updates on all the work she was doing on her house and this world is an emptier place knowing she isn't here with us anymore. But we'll meet again someday and until then we'll think of here when the Oklahoma teams play each other and when we bake cookies or undertake another home improvement project.
