East Providence – Beatrice (Botelho) Almeida Maylor , 93 of East Providence, and formerly of Warren , died Wednesday Jan. 17, 2018 at the Tockwotton Home in East Providence .

She was the wife of the late Alan Maylor.

Beatrice was born in Warren a daughter of the late Antonio and Marion (Tavares) Botelho.

Mrs. Almeida Maylor was a Bookkeeper for the Rhode Island Hospital for over 20 years.

She has lived in East providence, for 6 years coming from Warren, Bristol, Barrington, and West Palm Beach Florida, she was parishioner of St. Thomas the Apostle Church.

Beatrice enjoyed playing golf, traveling, dancing, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She was a joy to all, that she ever met throughout her life.

Beatrice was the mother of Paul Almeida and his wife Karen of Bristol, Daniel Almeida and Leillanni Cabiedez of East Providence, James Almeida and his wife Pam of Spokane Washington, Thomas Almeida and his wife Eileen of Warwick.

Mrs. Almeida was the grandmother of Nora Almeida and Lesley Littlefield and their mother Ellen.

She is also the grandmother of Kaela Stanzione, Suzanne Almeida, Mary Ann Almeida, William Almeida, David Almeida, and Elizabeth Almeida.

Mrs. Almeida Maylor was the great grandmother of Zoey Stanzione and Olivia Littlefield.

She was the sister of the late Joseph Botelho , and the late John Botelho.

Her funeral service will be held Saturday January 20, 2018 at 1:00pm in the SMITH FUNERAL and MEMORIAL SERVICES, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Vernon Street, Warren

Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling hours are Saturday from 11:00am – 1:00pm
