Condolence From: Family of Manfred Kuebler, Germany
Condolence: I have met Walter back in 1989 when I was a boy with 10 years of age travelling to the United States from Germany for the first time. Lived in East Aurora for one year in 1996/7 and visited frequently the farmers market. Walters corn was by far the best. Loved the taste of fresh corn and will gladly be missed! Our thoughts are with his family. Warmly, Timo Kuebler with Manfred and all relatives from Germany.
Condolence: Walt's absence will be felt by everyone at the East Aurora Farmers Market. His chalkboard sayings were funny, inspirational, thought-provoking and enlightening. His cheerful greeting, smiles and produce will be missed by fellow farmers and customers alike. For many years, Walt led the farmers in the blessing at the beginning of our annual dinner for the market. RIP Walt!
Condolence: We bought lettuce from Walter at the East Aurora Farmers Market for several years. He was always so cheerful and fun to talk to. He was a great person who I adored. I know I was just one of his many groupies who looked forward to visiting with him.
