Life is a love story

Anyone that has ever met my Mom would agree she always treated everyone kind and my Dad would say, Mom never met a stranger.  She loved people and had genuine joy in her life. The joy that Mom displayed so naturally is a result of her faith in Jesus as her personal saviour.  I could tell so many stories that will be with me forever and so could any of her friends and family - she has left a lasting impression.   Her personal Bible is heavily marked up with personal notes and stories -especially the writings of Paul and the words of Jesus.

My Mom is confident in her faith and one scripture that is underlined in RED in her Bible is II Corinthians 5:17, so I'm sharng it here: Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold all things are become new.   My Mom took me to church when I was very young and she was my friend - we laughed, we rode bikes, swam in the pool, traveled and just had fun.  Mom and I both loved dogs -she had several favorite and memorable pups over the years -recently she loved our Black lab named Riley and her sweet lab mix named Bella.  Riley passed away back in July so I'm sure Riley met her at the gates to welcome her to her new home.  She's having a grand time there now with her sisters, her Mom and so many other great friends.
