The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of George Kupfner can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: George, you were part of our family. You were one of the hardest working men we know, working for us until your last moments on earth. You remembered our daughters birthday and your love for photography lives on our memory board. George you will be missed by so many and remembered in many a heart.
Love the Merritt family

Condolence: George, you were one in a million. The Town of Superior will miss you. I will miss you. Unfortunately, I will miss your services because my nephew's funeral is the same time, same day. But you will be in my thoughts and prayers. May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

Condolence From: Rochelle R
Condolence: I will miss George greatly. He looked out for me, and always asked how my mother is doing, knowing my stretching across 2 states to deal with her needs.
He shared so much history of Superior with me - told me of the days his father drove cattle all along the Front Range here - something that can never be replaced. In so many ways, he represented to me the heart and soul and history of the truly original Superior.
