Services for Carroll C. Carnahan will be at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Emmanuel Cemetery, Emmanuel Community with Rev. Dwight St Andre and Father John Cunningham officiating. Interment will be at Emmanuel Cemetery. Carroll C. Carnahan, 83, passed away January 28, 2018 at Emmanuel. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Tarver Carnahan, his sister Vera Carnahan Mariner, his sons, Dennis Keith Carnahan and wife Lecia of Opelousas, Daniel Craig Carnahan of Ball, his daughters Joanna Jessica Carnahan of Simpson, Caryl Bonita Carnahan of Alexandria, stepdaughter Suzanne Allen and husband Noel of Orlando, Florida. His grandchildren Aimee Carnahan of Colfax, Nikki Jones of Cane River, Christian Carnahan of Alexandria, Christopher Carnahan and fiancée Jena LaBorde and son Jay, Sean, Patrick, and Jesse Allen of Orlando, Great grandson, Tristan Grant of Alexandria. He was preceded in death by parents, Adam and Jesse McGlothlin Carnahan, brothers Velma Lee Carnahanand Vernon A. Carnahan, sisters Doris Carnahan LaCaze, and Clara Carnahan Spillman. Carroll C., as he was known, enjoyed hog hunting with dogs, raising and racing horses and cattle. He was a loving husband and father. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
